Who does Josh Vantage work with?
Josh Vantage supports people at different stages of the UK care journey: students and graduates exploring a career in care, people already working in the sector who want to progress into leadership, individuals preparing to launch a regulated care business, and established care providers pursuing growth and tender opportunities. You do not need to already be a manager or business owner. Your starting point determines the pathway, support and preparation that may be appropriate for you.
Do you guarantee CQC registration or tender wins?
No. Josh Vantage Consulting Group provides consultancy, training, and preparation services. We cannot and do not guarantee CQC approval, contract awards, employment, or Registered Manager status. Anyone who promises those outcomes should be treated with caution.
How does an engagement start?
Every journey starts with a short assessment: CQC readiness, tender assessment, or programme application. A focused 20-minute strategy call follows. Only then do we recommend a package, and the exact scope is confirmed in the service agreement.
What does support cost?
Launch packages run from £2,499 to £6,999 depending on depth of support. Tender support runs from £1,250 to £3,750. The Registered Manager Leadership Programme is a £4,999 investment, by application. The right level is confirmed after your assessment call.
Is the Registered Manager Leadership Programme a job placement programme?
No. The Registered Manager Leadership Programme is a professional development programme designed to strengthen regulatory knowledge, leadership capability, operational understanding and interview readiness. It does not guarantee employment, interviews, placement, Registered Manager status, CQC registration, sponsorship, visa support or a specific salary. Participants may separately have the opportunity to express an interest in joining the Josh Vantage Talent Network. Joining the Talent Network is optional and free of charge, and any opportunities remain subject to suitability, availability and the independent recruitment decision of the provider.
